Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 To maintain and service existing customers and aggressively expanding customer base.

\xc2\xb7 To establish new clientele and expanding customer network.

\xc2\xb7 To support Sales Manager in all sales and business development activities.

\xc2\xb7 Roll out new technologies in line with regional and global programs.

\xc2\xb7 Provide monthly business report on activities and results of business unit.

\xc2\xb7 Outstanding and payment collection monitoring and support.

\xc2\xb7 Managing sales forecast, customer order and meet sales targets.

\xc2\xb7 Develop prospective customer and follow up to close the new sales.

\xc2\xb7 Handle sales and technical enquiry from customers.

\xc2\xb7 To participate company activities (5S, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc) as assigned.

\xc2\xb7 Sales area cover: Northern region

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business / Engineering / Science or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience.

\xc2\xb7 Sales and marketing experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Able to travel in the regions and overseas freely on a frequent basis.

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added language).

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivator with strong drive to develop the regional markets and can work independently.

\xc2\xb7 Team players with good communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Hardworking, willing to learn and prepared to grow with organization.
