Key Responsibilities

  • To achieve sale KPI set by company
  • To develop sale growth & customer/ Account development
  • To effectively plan, execute and review sale & promotion activities
  • Understand the customers business and drive business relationship
  • Chain, market and competitors analysis/ JBP for business development when necessary
  • Perform other administrative works duties as assigned or required
  • Monitor and track sales achievement vs target, on a week, month & YTD analysis
  • To ensure delivery, tracking of sales volume & sales fundamentals are achieved
  • Manage collection hygiene
Requirement/ Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience with good knowledge of FMCG Sales \xe2\x80\x93 MT & GT or equivalent at key account sales management
  • English / Bahasa/ Chinese
  • Able to work with minimal supervision. Self-initiator
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to communicate with both internal and external customer
  • Ability to multi-task and good team player
  • Capable of generating reports and presentations using MS Office
