Job Summary: The Sales Executive will engage with customers, conduct customer service, and manage sales by creating, organising, and improving sales strategies. Responsibilities : 1. Execute sales strategy with regards to potential paying customers/organisations. 2. Assist the Training Manager in executing sales strategy with regards to employment partners, strategic partners or any non-profit organisations decided by the company. 3. Monitor and enhance sales materials, sales pitches and other related matters. 4. Manage administrative matters related to sales such as application to government schemes, preparation of tender and other related matters. 5. Assist the Training Manager in planning, executing and monitoring overall sales strategy. Requirements : 1. Good in written and spoken English and Malay 2. Able to prepare sales materials, including deck for the presentation, proposal letter, after-sales documents and other documents related to sales 3. Able to use Google Workspace or other supporting tools used by the organisation 4. Able to pitch to external stakeholders via online and physical 5. Able to manage relationships with external stakeholders 6. Disciplined and proactive in closing sales opportunities and executing day-to-day sales operations 7. Willing to learn and adapt to the sales process 8. Able to grow as a leader to manage the Sales Team in the future 9. Local citizen of Malaysia
