Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive - Industrial Property at our Petaling Jaya location with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to sell and lease industrial properties. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, providing market insights, arranging property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales and negotiation skills Knowledge of the industrial property market Ability to create and implement sales strategies Result-driven and goal-oriented mindset Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
