Requirements

• Open to candidates from various industries. Prior experience in construction, interior design, renovation, or building materials sales is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, including contractors, architects, interior designers, and developers.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Promote and sell fire-rated doors and related solutions to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
