Proactively source new commercial vehicle clients through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals and digital channels.
Focus on logistics companies, bus operators and other APAD licensed commercial vehicle owners.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of quality leads via CRM or sales tracking tools.
2. Product Presentation & Demonstration
Present PASTI's GPS tracking solutions and insurance offerings to potential clients.
Conduct product walkthroughs (physical or virtual), explaining device features, usage, benefits, and service plans.
Tailor proposals to client needs based on vehicle type and operational requirements.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with fleet owners, transport operators, and individual commercial vehicle owners.
Provide post sale support and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and encourage renewals or upselling.
Ensure all client data and communications are accurately recorded.
4. Market Awareness & Business Development
Keep updated on APAD regulations, insurance trends, and competitor products in the commercial vehicle ecosystem.
Identify new sales opportunities, underserved markets or potential cross sell packages.
Share client and market feedback with relevant departments to improve service offerings.
5. Sales Reporting & Target
Track and report on daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates and customer feedback to improve performance.
Meet or exceed assigned KPIs related to GPS device subscriptions and insurance renewals.
6. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the operations, technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and installation of devices.
Coordinate with the insurance team to facilitate smooth policy issuance or renewal processes.
Provide insights to internal teams for product and process improvement.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
1 - 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, GPS/fleet solutions or insurance industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Results driven with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable with on-site client visits and device explanation/demo.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting systems is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
