Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team! If you have a passion for technology and enjoy helping customers, find the right gadgets, this is the perfect role for you. As a Sales Executive, you will assist walk-in customers, manage online inquiries, and schedule appointments for trade-ins and purchases.

Key Responsibilities

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain client relationships. Present Products: Show how products work and their benefits. Negotiate Deals: Discuss and finalize contracts with clients. Know Products: Understand the products or services thoroughly. Report Sales: Provide updates on sales progress to management. Gather Feedback: Collect customer opinions to improve offerings. Work Together: Collaborate with marketing and other teams. Train: Attend training to enhance skills. Support Customers: Help customers after sales to ensure satisfaction. Network: Attend events to meet potential clients and promote products.

Requirements

Good communication and negotiation skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to handle online inquiries professionally. Ability to build good customer relationships. Fresh grads are welcome to apply! (Training provided) 5 working days.
