About the Role

Mantissa College is looking for a driven and result-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our growing team.
If you are passionate about education, enjoy engaging with people, and have a strong desire to achieve targets, this role offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in student recruitment and institutional growth.

As part of the Admissions & Marketing team, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students through their education choices while promoting Mantissa College's programmes and values.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Mantissa College's academic programmes to prospective students and parents. Follow up with leads and enquiries through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins. Conduct consultations to understand students' needs and recommend suitable study pathways. Participate in education fairs, school visits, open days, and other recruitment events. Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents and partners. Work closely with the marketing team to execute recruitment campaigns and achieve enrollment targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and conversions using CRM tools.

Requirements

Minimum

Diploma qualification

in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. At least

1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment

(education industry preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in building rapport with people. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital communication tools.
