Requirements

• Computer literate with basic MS Office skills.
• Able to speak in English
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and persuasive scripted sales pitches to potential customers.
• Highlight product and service benefits to meet customer needs.
• Complete orders and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Accurately record customer details in the company's system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and doubts professionally.
• Go the extra mile to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Maintain detailed call logs, sales records, and useful customer information.
• Follow up with previous customers for repeat sales opportunities.
