SALES EXECUTIVE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifying New Sales Opportunities

- Research and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Generating Leads and Following Up

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to convert leads.

Understanding Customer Needs

- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.

Negotiating and Closing Deals

- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

Building and Maintaining Client Relationships

- Provide excellent post-sale support and foster long-term relationships with customers.

Achieving Sales Targets

- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the company.

Maintaining Sales Records

- Update client information and sales regularly.

Collaborating with Other Departments

- Work with other departments to get the information needed to reach sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Fluent in English and Malay (spoken and written)

2. Ability to speak additional languages is an added advantage

3. Strong Negotiation and Persuasion Skills

4. Time Management and Organizational Abilities

5. Ability to Work Under Pressure and Meet Targets

6. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills

EXPERIENCE/SALARY:

- Mid-Level: 2-5 years in a relevant sales role with proven performance in a sales, customer service, or business development role.

- basic salaries between RM?2,800/month + commission/allowances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
