Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by promoting and selling

hotel rooms, banquet services, and F&B promotions

. This role requires proactive client engagement, site visits, and relationship-building to secure new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents. Actively promote and sell

hotel rooms, banquet packages, and F&B promotions

to meet sales goals. Conduct client site visits, present proposals, and negotiate contracts. Coordinate with the operations and F&B teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with a diverse clientele. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to client sites. Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field preferred. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems is an advantage.

RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
