Job Description

1. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure business deals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
B. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
C. Market Research & Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Provide insights and feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
D. Collaboration

Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns. Support events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate leads. Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

2. Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years' experience in sales or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

3.Other Duties

Any other duties as reasonably assigned by Management from time to time.

4. Remuneration:

Basic salary + Attractive sales commission based on performance.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
