Position:

Sales Executive

Salary:

RM2,000 - RM2,300

Working Days:

Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

Location:

SW-03-38 Cova Square, Jalan Teknologi, Kota Damansara 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

1) Engage with potential clients via phone calls and convert leads into sales.
2) Track and manage progress of all leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions.
3) Provide regular updates to the founder on sales performance, challenges, and customer feedback.
4) Build lasting client relationships to boost customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5) Stay informed on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
6) Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on goals and strategies.
7) Contribute ideas to improve the sales strategy based on insights and research.
8) Attend face-to-face client appointments when necessary to close deals.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Minimum experience 1 year sales or related
2) Good communication and negotiation skills
3) Experience in sales or customer engagement is an added advantage
4) Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
5) Able to work independently and in a team environment
