Requirements

• Highly motivated and sales-driven, with experience in consumer-level direct selling.
• Fresh school leavers with strong sales interest are welcome-training provided.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English, and relevant dialects (added advantage).
• Confident in face-to-face selling to drive performance and customer engagement.
• Disciplined, proactive, and market-smart, with the ability to work towards long-term company goals.

Responsibilities

• Build strong product awareness and introduce offerings to new customer segments.
• Identify and explore new markets to expand company reach and strengthen the customer base.
• Apply training and continuous practice to enhance sales techniques and effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Execute sales plans promptly and effectively to achieve the best possible results.
