Respond to and handle sales queries, through showroom, email and telephone;
Attend to customers' queries and maintain a professional customer service experience.
Administrative duties including point-of-sales processes.
Good communication skills and pleasant disposition. Follow up, quote, negotiate, and win
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Work closely with a wide range of customers, including restaurant owner, designers, and homeowners during the construction or implementation phase.
Well organization and good management of client's project and follow up closely with clients to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
Maintain and manage the showroom to assist customers, both by appointment and walk-in while utilizing suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately.
Self-motivated and sales target driven & responsible.
Requirements ?
Fresh graduates or individuals with a strong passion for sales
Responsibility and Good work attitude.
Great interpersonal skills with a knack for communication
Able to work independently.
Willing to learn.
Able to close sales when leads are provided.
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Other Information :
Basic Salary + Attractive Commission (Based on Performance)
Sales target incentives.
The company will provide training for sales skills and products.
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (6 Days per week), 10 AM - 7 PM
