Kelayakan

• SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 2 years of experience selling audio and/or computer hardware products.
• In-depth knowledge of audio technologies, computer hardware components, and industry trends is a plus
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue in the audio and computer hardware segment.
• Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and objectives.
• Present and demonstrate audio and computer hardware products to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
