What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the building materials or construction industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Work location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated market segment, focusing on expanding the customer base for Panel Plus Products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, visits, and presentations.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends, providing insights to the sales manager for strategic planning.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the value proposition of Panel Plus Products to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, ensuring profitability while meeting customer requirements.
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports, providing accurate and timely information to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to the sales manager, contributing to effective production planning and inventory management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote Panel Plus Products.
