Responsibilitie(s): \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement sales plans and evaluate the effectiveness of plans to generate targeted sales and results. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and tap opportunities to close business deals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop a client-focused relationship to understand their needs so that proposed solutions address their issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide input in sales planning to develop business development strategies and goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations to clients to generate more sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare timely and accurate reporting to management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively recommend ways to add value to clients and make existing processes simple and better to build client engagement and satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend and follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and correspondence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reaching out to new clients and maintaining relationships for long-term business opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing proposals, schedule/material deadline for clients (calls/visitation). \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting regularly on sales activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work under pressure environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. \xe2\x80\xa2 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Requirement(s): - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Others)/Forestry or equivalent. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. - Candidate possess good command of Mandarin speaking will be added advantage. - Fresh graduates are welcome. - Candidate with relevant working experience is an added advantage. - Strong communication skills and execution abilities. - Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
