Job Responsibilities:

Major Duties:

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote flexitank solutions to B2B clients in relevant industries (e.g., chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals). Generate and follow up on sales leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals to meet company sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships. Prepare and present customised proposals, quotations, and logistics solutions based on client needs. Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM software. Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities and track competitor activity.

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Logistics/Business/Supply Chain/Marketing Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Freight Forwarding. Strong ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships. Understanding of flexitank technology, liquid logistics, and current market trends. Able to deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to clients. Ability to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Capable of addressing logistics challenges and providing tailored solutions. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and reporting. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
