Position: Sales Executive
Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: No. 23, Jalan Melaka, 42000 Port Klang, Selangor



We're seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our client's growing team in the logistics industry.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying potential clients, securing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities



1) Identify and target potential clients in the logistics industry through market research, networking, and cold calling.
2) Generate new business leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
3) Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and delivering tailored solutions.
4) Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and professional responses.
5) Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
6) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
7) Collaborate with the Head of Sales and other departments to identify market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
8) Continuously refine sales strategies based on performance analysis and market feedback.
9) Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
10) Customize proposals and quotations according to client requirements and operational feasibility.
11) Lead contract negotiations to secure new business deals, renewals, and expansions.
12) Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
13) Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
14) Provide insights and feedback to support product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
15) Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
16)Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.

Requirements



1) Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
2) Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
3) Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
4) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5) Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
6) Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
7) Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
