Responsible for identifying new business opportunities by researching the industry, analyzing market trends, evaluating potential prospects, and recommending suitable sales strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Promote the company's range of products and solutions to customers.
Provide product information, conduct follow-ups, and deliver excellent service to stakeholders.
Identify and acquire new customers to expand the client base.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Ensure accurate documentation of pricing, sales activities, and assigned reports.
Monitor market trends and track competitor movements.
Prospect for new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach activities.
Prepare and issue sales quotations.
Manage payment collections and ensure compliance with credit control policies.
Drive sales performance to achieve revenue targets and profit margins.
Develop and execute strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Organize, plan, and implement approved sales and marketing initiatives.
Review monthly sales performance and prepare annual sales reports.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or department head as required.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Printing & Packaging, Business Development, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
Adaptable and able to perform well in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
