• SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
• Minimum 3-to-5-year(s) work experience in Project sales.
• Preferably have experience in Construction industry or equivalent.
• Experience in liaising with Contractor/ Main Contractor/ Building Owner/ Interior Designer/ Architect will be added advantage.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results driven.
• Independent, confident, energetic, matured and organized.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attitude and responsible character.
• Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
• Candidate should be well versed in project tendering processes

• Introduce, promote and sell window covering products to Interior Design industry, Main contractor, Architect industry and Building Owner;
• Tasks include -
• Determining the objectives and constraints of the design brief by consulting with clients.
• Site Measurement and site viewing are must.
• Formulating design concepts for the interiors of buildings.
• Negotiating design solutions with clients, management and construction staff.
• Selecting, specifying and recommending functional and aesthetic materials and products for interiors.
• Detailing and documenting selected design for construction.
• Coordinating the construction and the decoration of interiors.
• Designing and decorating show windows and other display areas to promote products and services.
