Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals and quotations, and closing sales.
Represent the companys products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
Recommends new solutions and services by evaluating current solutions, and identifying needs to be filled.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for the management presentations.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments, and other activities assigned by the management.
Requirements
Possess a Diploma/Bachelors Degree OR minimum 1 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
Experience in the industry of property management / real estate is an added advantage.
Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
Self-motivated, committed, and result-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willing to travel 60% - 70% of the time
