Job Description

• Fluent in Mandarin and English. Mandarin is required as candidates will need to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Willing to work on weekend / public holidays if required.

• Handling new development projects or sub-sale market.
• Ensure weekly appointments target and monthly sales target achieve.
• To closely follow up with all the leads that generated by company\'s marketing activities.
• Make calling effort to find potential clients
• To meet and present properties info to potential client for a successful deal either in person or via online briefing.
• To provide a good customer service and consistent follow up with clients.
• Participating in sales events (Roadshow, exhibition, webinar).
• Assist buyer in loan application and liaise with bankers.
• To submit report on weekly basis.
• Work together with marketing team to create video for advertisement.
• Any other assignment related to sales and marketing assigned from time to time.

• Basic Salary
• Incentive Commission (RM10,000 - RM15,000 per month on average).
