• Diploma / Degree holders in any field.

• Those with 1 -2 year experience in Property Sales would be an advantage.

Tanggungjawab

• To attend to all sales inquiries, including walk-in customers, and telephone and internet inquiries by providing relevant information about the product and the project.
• Conduct sales presentations to potential buyers to achieve sales targets and deliver the best customer service.
• To build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers aimed to increase customer base and loyalty.
• To follow up on all buyers to ensure the signing of PA, collection of the down payment, and acceptance of the end financier\'s letter of offer is completed as per SOP.
• To assist in executing overall sales events and activities (i.e. roadshows, exhibitions, etc.)
• To carry out market surveys, compile and analyze data to assist management in determining market trends and customer needs.
• To ensure compliance with all the sales and marketing policies, SOP, and company code.
