Establish marketing strategies for each targeted market to achieve individual sales target & departmental goals and objectives.
Source and develop new customers and liaise with and service existing customers.
Conduct market research and gather market information.
Correspondence with prospects/clients.
Collection of payments for individual /team sales.
Attend to customer's complaints and troubleshoot problems relating to department.
Update and manage customers' database.
Manage customer relations.
Attend to trade enquiries.
Assist and participate in trade fair, exhibitions, expo, etc.
Perform all other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Competency in English, Mandarin (preferred)/ Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Knowledge of MS Office software.
Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
Ability to create and deliver presentations.
Fast learner and quick thinker.
Passionate about sales.
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Must be willing to travel within Malaysia
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9:00AM - 6:00PM & Sat: 9:00AM - 1:00PM
