What You'll Do:

Drive new account development and nurture lasting relationships with existing customers Plan, organize, and manage sales activities, ensuring timely reporting for business growth Understand client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and resolve issues promptly Build strong customer relationships based on trust and excellent service Provide basic technical support to customers as needed Continuously seek and develop new business opportunities Manage payment collection and coordinate delivery follow-ups Prepare compelling presentations and accurate quotations for prospective and current clients Collaborate actively with team members to achieve sales targets Report monthly sales performance and participate in meetings and training sessions Share valuable customer feedback with internal teams to improve products and services Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:

Diploma, Degree, or relevant certificate in a related field Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar capacity Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities Target-driven with a passion for sales and outstanding customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Positive, self-motivated, personable, and a team player who thrives under pressure Own a valid driving license and reliable transport Willingness to travel locally and outstation Advantageous background in interior design, building, or construction materials
