Job Description

JOB SCOPE -- SALES EXECUTIVE (GYM EQUIPMENT DIVISION)



1. Sales & Revenue Responsibilities



Generate new business through cold calls, social media outreach, referrals, and walk-ins. Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals. Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing and after-sales support. Maintain strong conversion rates and consistent monthly performance.

2. Daily & Monthly Activity Requirements



Daily Appointment Setup



Minimum

3 sales appointments per day

(physical visit, Zoom, phone consultation, or showroom appointment). Record all appointments (time, client name, type of visit).

Monthly Outreach Requirement



Conduct

minimum 2 outreach setups per month

, such as: Corporate reach-out Gym / fitness studio visits School / university sports department outreach Hotel & condominium fitness facility visits Government or NGO engagement Submit monthly outreach report with photos or meeting notes.

3. Client Relationship Management



Build long-term relationships with commercial gyms, corporate clients, fitness studios, hospitality industry, and home users. Provide consultation on equipment selection, floor planning, and budgeting. Respond to customer enquiries

within 24 hours

. Handle complaints and coordinate after-sales service with technical teams.

4. Product & Market Knowledge



Master product specifications, features, pricing, and warranty information. Stay updated on new equipment models and fitness industry trends. Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations when required. Understand competitor products to strengthen sales positioning.

5. Sales Reporting



Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management. Maintain accurate documentation of leads, appointments, outreach, quotations, and sales pipelines. Monitor performance and propose strategies to achieve sales targets.

6. Site Visits & Coordination



Conduct site measurements and provide floor layout recommendations. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and installation teams for delivery and setup. Inspect equipment condition during handover and ensure proper client briefing upon completion.

7. Marketing & Events Support



Support roadshows, exhibitions, showroom events, and marketing campaigns. Provide product photos and videos for marketing use when requested. Promote company branding across suitable platforms (as per SOP).

8. General Responsibilities



Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display quality, and equipment readiness. Practice ethical selling and maintain a professional company image. Follow company SOPs, pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.

9. Social Media Monitoring & Posting

Monitor company social media accounts daily for inquiries, comments, and messages. Create and post consistent content (photos, videos, product highlights, customer installations) to increase engagement and brand awareness. Share promotions, new arrivals, testimonials, and educational fitness-machine content. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure posting schedule and branding consistency.
