Identify and develop new sales leads and business opportunities.
Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to drive growth.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Build, develop, and manage new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives.
Prepare and maintain sales and marketing reports to track performance and results.
Provide daily and weekly sales updates to management.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management when required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in corporate sales.
Knowledge of online and digital marketing is an advantage.
Responsible, proactive, and self-motivated individual.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and strong customer service skills.
Target-driven, sales-focused, and motivated to achieve high earnings.
Must possess own transportation.
