Requirements

• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
• Exhibit a foundational understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Willingness to learn and apply sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and support.
• Capable of providing excellent customer support and addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within the Simpang Ampat region and beyond.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company pricing guidelines.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share best practices, insights, and market intelligence to improve sales effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
