Position: Sales Executive
Salary: RM2,500 - RM2,800
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location: 21, Jalan Eco Perindustrian 1/3B, Eco Business Park V, 42300 Puncak Alam, Selangor



We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
This role requires a balance of maintaining existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities



1) Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure consistent sales and long-term relationships.
2) Identify and acquire new customers through site visits, internal referrals, and networking activities.
3) Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to both new and existing customers.
4) Provide professional customer service, including timely follow-ups after each sale.
5) Ensure all customer invoices are up to date and payments are made according to due dates.
6) Keep customer data (contact details, purchase history, and payment status) updated monthly.
7) Analyze customer sales data to identify improvement opportunities and buying patterns.
8) Plan and implement sales strategies based on modern trade approaches.
9) Monitor sales performance by customer, brand, and salesperson, taking timely actions when needed.
10) Assist in preparing monthly sales reports for the Modern Trade Sales Manager.
11) Carry out daily sales activities and report progress to management.
12) Participate in regular meetings and product knowledge training to improve sales effectiveness.
13) Oversee product returns related to expiry according to company policies.
14) Negotiate with customers to secure favorable pricing and terms for both parties.
15) Represent the company for sales-related matters within or outside the assigned area when required.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications



1) Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2) At least 1-2 years of sales experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
3) Good communication and negotiation skills.
4) Ability to analyze data and identify sales opportunities.
5) Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
6) Willingness to travel for customer visits and company representation.
