Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our platform, promoting our offering services to prospective property agents. Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents, securing commitments to join our platform and utilizing our services. Maintain a well-organized database of contacted agents, closely tracking their progress through the onboarding process. Consistently meet or exceed acquisition targets set by the company. Provide regular updates and reports on agent acquisition progress to the management team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives. Deliver good customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns that property agents may have in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: High school diploma or above. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is a plus.
