Job Description

Looking for a motivated and communicative Export Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with international clients, is confident in verbal and written communication, and is comfortable working with Excel to support sales operations.

Manage and grow export sales accounts across assigned regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Monitor and analyze sales performance using Excel (e.g., basic formulas, pivot tables).
Track market trends and competitor activities in export markets.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for international shipments.
Provide regular updates and reports to the sales team and management.

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or export-related roles (FMCG experience preferred).
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); Mandarin speakers are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
