Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in selling SaaS or cloud-based software products.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or any related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of SME business needs and ability to propose tailored solutions.
• Mature, confident, and professional with a proactive sales attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for BIZCORE among SME clients.
• Develop a solid understanding of the BIZCORE system to deliver persuasive and solution-oriented sales presentations.
• Manage the full scales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs and proposing tailored SaaS solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Director.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Development, Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and implementation success.
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular performance reports.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry expos, and client meetings to promote SaaS products.
