Motorist is looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Car Sales Exec to join our vibrant Car Sales team. We value individuals with proven sales experience and know exactly how to target and secure a sales prospect. The ideal candidate is always on the lookout for opportunities, and constantly strives to exceed their individual sales targets. Responsibilities
*Work closely with our Client Sales Team to progress warm leads sign up to
our service
*Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective and existing customers
Present offers and deals to customers
*Assist with the resolution of customer issues or challenges
*Manage and follow through the entire sales process from sign up to closed
sale
*Promote a positive brand image of Motorist, maintaining a high level of
professionalism and commitment towards customer satisfaction

Requirements

*Strong, proven track record in car sales
*Keen eye for detail
*Good understanding of the used car sale process in Malaysia
*Independent and target-focused, able to achieve goals with limited direct
supervision
*Excellent customer service skills, including interpersonal communication
and negotiation skills
*Excellent problem-solving skills
*Ability to maintain composure under stress
*A strong positive mindset
*Open to working on weekends & public holidays
*Sales + Comm
*Qualifications all are welcome to apply
