Requirements
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fluency in Hokkien is an added advantage.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.
- Fresh graduates in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
- Prepare quotations and manage the full process from Sales Order (SO) to Delivery Order (DO).
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) for low-stock items.
- Coordinate with warehouse & logistics teams from goods purchasing to product delivery.
- Highlight recurring issues and recommend internal meetings when needed.
- Interest/knowledge in water reticulation is an added advantage.
- Report directly to the Senior Sales Executive.
