Job Responsibilities:
Manage domestic sales of the company's products and services in Malaysia, ensuring consistent and profitable growth.
Develop objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales performance.
Identify new business opportunities by evaluating prospects, researching, and analyzing sales options.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and services.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to suggest product improvements or new offerings.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for the domestic market.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in manufacturing or wood-based industries.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in developing sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Willingness and ability to travel within Johor and Kuala Lumpur (Southern & Central regions).
Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary:
RM4,500 & above / month (Negotiable)
Allowances:
Car: RM800 / month
Toll: Claims reimbursed as per receipts
Meal/Entertainment: RM600 / month (claims as per receipts)
Handphone: RM100 / month
Equipment Provided:
Laptop and uniform
