Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, walk-ins, emails, and networking.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to clients.
Conduct site visits and attend client meetings.
2. Negotiation & Closing
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales agreements.
Close sales and ensure all documentation is completed (PO, DO, invoice, contracts).
Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
3. Customer Service & Support
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Maintain strong long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
4. Sales Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Update customer records, sales pipeline, and follow-up status.
Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to sales strategy planning.
5. Market & Competitor Analysis
Study market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Propose improvements to products, services, or sales strategies.
6. Events & Promotional Activities
Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, and marketing events.
Support marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Required Skills

Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems).
Able to work independently and in a team.
Possess a valid driving license (if customer visits are required).
