1. Organize and execute all sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets.
2. Build, maintain and develop good relationships with potential and existing customers and provide excellent customer service.
3. To retain and improve the sales revenue from existing customers.
4. To ensure that all customer payments are collected on time.
5. To ensure timely delivery of goods to customer.
6. To handle inquiries and complaints from customers and assist in providing solutions.
7. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities for strategic insights.
8. Ability to join a team to implement sales and marketing strategies effectively.
9. Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
10. Excellent communication and interaction skills.

JOB REQUIREMENT
1. SPM / STPM / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent. Sales experience will be an added advantage
2. Must be able to converse in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, as well as Mandarin as this role requires dealing with both China-based and local-based customers.
3. Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Computer literate.
5. Independent and able to develop new market.
6. Positive attitude, self-motivated, result oriented.
7. Willing to travel.
8. Possess own transport.
9. Immediate availability is an added advantage.
