Job Description

POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE (SENAI, JOHOR)
s:

• Expand sales within existing accounts
• Develop new accounts and market
• Focus on customers service
• Debt collection
• Develop and penetrate new markets / projects in targeted industries / sectors to generate new sales.
• Provide solution to the customers to be more efficient in their production.
• Service existing customers assigned by the Company.
• Report details on all aspect of competitors' activities.
• Conduct demonstration of machines / equipment with the assistance of technicians.
• Attend to customers' enquiries, prepare quotation with the assistance of sales admin. follow up action.
• Raise manual sales order, Goods Return : Exchange Form.
• Propose pricing agreement.
• Monitor debts and collect payment from customers.
• Deliver products / invoices to the customers and collect tender / bid documents in urgent cases.
• Propose and assist on tender / bid submission.
• Achieve objectives and sales targets set by the Management.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic/chemical/science/business/marketing related course or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in related field.
• Task and result oriented. Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Persuasive, good presentation and negotiation skills and a good team player.
• Experience / exposure in industrial / medical / specialty gases and ferrous metal base industrial environment preferred.
• Knowledge in welding and cutting machines / consumables an added advantage.

• Main contributor in achieving organizational goals, sales target and profit margin set by the Company.
• Market penetration.
• Excellent customer service.
• Debt collection.
