Responsibilities

• Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals and quotations, and closing sales.
• Represent the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
• Recommends new solutions and services by evaluating current solutions, and identifying needs to be filled.
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
• Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for the management presentations.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments, and other activities assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree OR minimum 1 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
• A proven success rate at levels above sales quota would be an added advantage.
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
• Self-motivated, committed, and result-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willing to travel 60% - 70% of the time

**This position is currently opening for fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales and hospitality industry. Product and hands-on sales training will be provided. Job Benefits
