Job Description

Assist customers by answering product questions, providing information about services, helping with their purchases and sales through WhatsApp's mainly. Assist with product displays, ensuring items are presented attractively to encourage sales and adherence to visual merchandising standards. Liaise between customers and the sales team, conveying messages, relaying information and following up on inquires or issues. Compile and generate sales reports daily and monthly, tracking key metrics such as sales performance, customer feedback. Support sales events, promotions or product Lauches by helping with setup, logistics and customer interactions. Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about product features, specifications and promotions to effectively assists customers and drive sales

Requirement:

Minimum have experience in related field (fresh graduates are welcome) Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present well and explain. Fun, energetic, creative, confident, and presentable in presenting, with a positive and likable attitude. Keen interest in Gadget products and open to exploring learning new gadget & technology categories. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, achieving as a team, sharing successes and growth together.

Shift & Schedule:

9.00 am to 6.00 pm
