We're looking for a

friendly and confident Spa Sales Executive

to join our team at KLIA2!
If you enjoy meeting people, love wellness, and have a knack for sales -- this role is for you.

As part of our team, you'll represent our spa brand at the

airport lounge

, approaching travellers and promoting our spa & massage services to help them relax before their flight.

What You'll Do:

Approach lounge guests and introduce available spa and massage services Promote and upsell spa treatments and packages Assist guests in booking and coordinating their spa sessions Provide friendly, informative, and professional service Maintain good relationships with lounge staff and ensure smooth guest flow Support front desk operations when needed

Requirements:

Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in speaking with guests of different backgrounds Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage Able to work on

shift hours

, weekends, and public holidays Fluent in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

(Mandarin is a plus) Must be comfortable working at

KLIA2 (airside area)

What We Offer:

Basic salary + attractive commission Training provided Dynamic and supportive working environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,450.00 per month
