Job Details

Position: Sales Executive
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,800
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
Location: No. 45, Jalan Cyber Valley 1B/1, Cyber Valley Commercial Centre, 43800 Dengkil, Selangor Darul Ehsan

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to support our client's growing team in Dengkil, Selangor.
In this role, you'll help drive sales performance, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and the internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1) Assist the sales team in achieving targets by coordinating and following up on sales activities.
2) Monitor and track sales progress to ensure timely task completion and adherence to deadlines.
3) Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
4) Manage and update customer databases and maintain accurate account records.
5) Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales documents, and organizing materials.
6) Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and social media.
7) Support the sales team in managing customer accounts, including order processing and invoicing.
8) Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and results-driven. Prior experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
