1-3 years of working experience in sales (preferably in construction, home automation, or related industry).
Fresh graduates with passion and confidence in sales are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Own transport and willing to travel for client meetings or site visits.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp/online communication tools.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (developers, contractors, and dealers).
Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on potential leads.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on project progress.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the technical and admin teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
