Requirements

• 1-3 years of working experience in sales (preferably in construction, home automation, or related industry).
• Fresh graduates with passion and confidence in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Own transport and willing to travel for client meetings or site visits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp/online communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (developers, contractors, and dealers).
• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on potential leads.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on project progress.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the technical and admin teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
