Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in pet food, FMCG, or related industries
• A genuine passion for animals and knowledge of pet products is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Practice excellent sales and customer service
• Plan to achieve assigned monthly Sales target
• Maintaining good customer relationships with existing clients
• Prepare sales related reports.
• Update sales report on daily and weekly basis.
• Responsible for developing new customers accounts and promoting new products
• Responsible to gather market information, competitor's activities and feedbacks
• Work closely with sales and marketing team, to promote more activities.
• Accountable for monitoring investment plan against agreed objective with customer
• Periodic update on individual sales plan (i.e., analysis of customer / SKUs
• Performance / propose action plan / compilation of sales calls, coverage call)
• Establishes good relationship with customers to gain support, loyalty and advocacy.
• Develop its new customers while retaining existing customer base
• Manage excellent collection status and minimize overdue outstanding debts.
• Outstation is required
