Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients/customers. Actively pursue new business leads and sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Implement corrective actions and adjustments as needed to optimize sales performance and productivity. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to management. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals. Approach corporate clients, event planners, and catering prospects. Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Keep track of sales activities, reports, and performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field (F&B or hospitality experience is a plus). Minimum education: Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Basic computer and social media skills.

Schedule:

Day shift Sunday to Thursday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
