Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing customers.

Sales Presentations:

Demonstrate products/services to potential clients, often virtually or in-person.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure sales.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, competition, and products.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records and report on sales performance.

Event Attendance:

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field often preferred.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong ability to build rapport and trust.

Negotiation:

Proven negotiation and presentation abilities.

Resilience:

Persistence and a problem-solving mindset.

Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with Computer hardware & software and sales tools.
Goal

To achieve sales targets, drive company growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead to closure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
