Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in media, advertising, or fintech industry). Good negotiation skills and ability to handle pricing/terms discussion. Willing to learn and understand company products and services. Positive attitude and strong motivation to achieve sales targets. Ability to persuade customers and handle objections. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibility

Research licensed financial companies in Malaysia and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls, or DM. Arrange and schedule pitching meetings with interested prospects Present company packages to potential clients, including advertorial articles, video reviews, social media postings, website banners, founder interviews, and press releases. Customize and propose tailored packages for larger clients based on their needs Negotiate pricing and terms, prepare quotations, and send agreements to clients. Handover clients to the Account Manager for servicing.
